- Ensure the item is in its original packaging and condition.
- Provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
- If the original payment method is not available, store credit may be provided.
Exchange:
- If you prefer to exchange an item, please inform our staff at the time of return.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Receipt Recovery:
- For Boxwoods Loyalty Club members, receipt recovery may be possible using your phone number and purchase history.
Loyalty Points:
- By default, your customer loyalty points are removed when your order is refunded.

Online Shopping Policy for Boxwoods Gardens & Gifts
This online shopping policy governs processing, handling, shipping and local delivery for select items purchased at the Boxwoods Gardens & Gifts (Boxwoods) store and online at boxwoodsonline.com. Please review the following guidelines for shipping and delivering items:
Eligibility:
- We offer domestic shipping within the 48 contiguous states only.
- Local delivery is available for orders over $75 within the City of Atlanta limits.
Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. Please note that shipping is unavailable for furniture at this time.
Shipping Rate:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Shipping cost and tracking information will be included in the shipping notification.
Local Delivery:
- For orders over $75 within the City of Atlanta coverage area, we offer local delivery for a fee of $25.
- Deliveries are made from 12pm to 3pm Monday through Friday.
- Large shipments may require delivery by a third-party trucking company, and appointments will be scheduled accordingly. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery of larger orders.
In-Store Pickup:
- Skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Boxwoods.
- After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders received after 2pm will be processed the following business day. Our in-store pickup hours are 11am to 4pm Monday through Saturday.
Order Status:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
- If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@boxwoodsonline.com with your name and order number.
Refund, Returns, and Exchanges:
- We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
- We will refund the full amount minus the shipping costs. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@boxwoodsonline.com.
- Alternatively, you can bring your returns directly to the Boxwoods store to avoid return shipping costs.
Damages:
- In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@boxwoodsonline.com with your order number and a photo of the item condition for assistance.
- Boxwoods is not liable for any orders lost during shipping. If you haven’t received your order, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. Save all original packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery:
- We make every attempt to validate shipping addresses provided at checkout. If we cannot validate the address, we will contact you for an updated address.
- If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
- Boxwoods will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
