Since 1926, the Galantino family has excelled in producing extra virgin olive oil. Located near Bari in Puglia, the world’s leading olive-producing region, they meticulously select olives and hand-harvest them using traditional methods. The olives are gently collected on canvas “hammocks” and then milled with granite millstones for cold extraction.
