- 1. SPONSORSHIP AND ELIGIBILITY
- The Bloom & Bark Raffle (the "Raffle") is co-sponsored by Boxwoods Gardens & Gifts and Fetch Park (the "Sponsors"). Participation is open only to legal residents of the Greater Atlanta area, Georgia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsors, and their immediate family members, are ineligible to participate or win.
- 2. RAFFLE PERIOD
- The Raffle begins on April 30, 2026, and ends on May 2, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (the "Entry Period"). All entries must be received and timestamped within the Entry Period to be eligible.
- 3. MANDATORY ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- To enter, participants must scan the official Raffle QR code at the festival and complete the digital entry portal. Completion of all questionnaire fields, including hosting habits and beverage preferences, is a mandatory requirement for a valid entry. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will result in disqualification.
- 4. PRIZE SPECIFICATIONS AND LIMITATIONS
- One (1) Grand Prize winner will be awarded the following package:
- $100 Boxwoods Gift Card: Valid for in-store merchandise only. No cash value. Non-transferable. Cannot be applied to prior purchases.
- Boxwoods Signature Orchid (Value $92.50): Includes a 14-day exchange guarantee. If the specimen shows distress within 14 days of pickup, it must be returned to Boxwoods for assessment and a one-time replacement.
- One-Year Fetch Park Membership (Value $300): Subject to all park safety rules, vaccination requirements (Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella), and temperament assessments.
- One-Year Fetch a Cup Club Membership (Value $360): Entitles winner to one (1) coffee or tea per day. Non-transferable.
Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee. No cash redemptions, transfers, or substitutions
permitted.
- 5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
- One (1) winner will be selected via a live drawing from Fetch Park on May 8, 2026. The drawing will be broadcast on social media for both Boxwoods and Fetch Park. The selected winner will be notified via the email or phone number provided at the time of entry following the broadcast. The winner must respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours. Failure to respond within this window will result in immediate forfeiture of the prize and the selection of an alternate winner.
- 6. DATA PRIVACY AND USE
- By entering, you agree that Sponsors may use your contact information for Raffle administration. If you opt-in, you agree to receive marketing communications. Questionnaire data is collected for internal market research and strategic planning purposes and is stored anonymously. Sponsors will not sell your personal data to third parties.
- 7. GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RELEASE
- By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsors and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, and agencies from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Raffle or the use or misuse of any prize awarded. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
- 8. DISPUTES
- This Raffle is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. As a condition of participating, participants agree that any and all disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Atlanta, Georgia.
