Thank you for shopping at boxwoodsonline.com and know that we are dedicated to assuring you top quality products along with excellent customer service. Please inspect your shipment upon delivery and report any damages or defects to sales@boxwoodsonline.com immediately. We are here to help.

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your online purchases. Should you find it necessary to return an item, we will gladly accept returns within 15 days of receipt of delivery for a refund of purchase price provided that items are returned to us in its original condition. Please note that special order, engraved, embossed, monogrammed and/or sale items are not returnable and that shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.

For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return package for the full retail amount and send it either via U.P.S. or other method that is traceable. Carefully repack any items to be returned in the original packaging and let us know why you are returning the item. You can either do this via email to sales@boxwoodsonline.com or include a note with your return. Please remember that you are responsible for the safe return of your merchandise.
